I believe you must bring your whole self to the table and to HIM if you want to find peace in this crazy world; your mind, your body, your soul and most importantly- your Heart! Ever since I was younger, I felt a closeness to God(thanks grandma). Though, I didn't always listen to what HE had planned for me or most times I felt I knew better than HE did. Even when HE clearly helped me out, much like the folks of the Bible I got amnesia. But HE never gave up on me and HE always was there when I needed HIM most. I too have traveled that big ol' highway to hell and I too have felt incredibly lost when I hit that dark dead end. There were times when I was at the pit of despair, all the many so called friends and people that said they would never turn their backs had vanished. No one was around or could be found. Even when the skies around me seemed to be filled with black and I just couldn't see the light. HE was there. Just as a Shepard will leave his entire flock to find his one lost sheep, GOD found me. Once I finally put away my wicked ways of chasing the spoils of the world, I gave up on the selfish way of thinking and accepted HIM into my life. Everything changed completely. It wasn't easy, heck sometimes it felt dang near impossible, sometimes I still battle with that punk satan. But, without the right resources and steady prayer to GOD for knowledge and wisdom I never would have made it out. It wasn't until I fully surrendered to GOD' everlasting power and mercy that I finally felt HIS amazing grace!  I wont sugar coat it, I'm a mess! But, I'm less of a mess than I was yesterday! I am far from an innocent man, but I am a Forgiven man and the chains have been broken. I try to stay humble and continue to learn. "A man who thinks he knows everything, is clearly a fool"! We must remember, everyday is another day to learn more and also to learn from or use our mistakes to teach and help others. All of these elements, every single step back up that path to righteousness and the many many stumbles along the way brought me to start New Hope and Truth Christian Ministry. Through this web based ministry, podcast, discussion forums, prayer and the grace of God. Our hope is to bring those in desperate need of reconciliation, desperate need of new hope, desperate need of clarity, desperation of repentance and of God' eternal life - closer to Him. Our hope is to be there for the lost or the beaten down, the ones less fortunate or less privileged, the ones that have felt forgotten or turned away and those who have felt too broken to even think of salvation. Our goal is to help those who need Hope, Truth and the Word - find and gain a better understanding and a closeness to our Lord and savior. This is the home of the ex-broken, unchained and forgiven. A true-"Come as you are" Christian ministry. No judgments, only God' love and mercy for ALL. The best part about our "come as you are" ministry is it can be accessed from anywhere in the country or the world and you don't even have to leave your home.
